FULL integration of North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) in March would cut travel time to the country’s north by up to 40 minutes, the highways’ toll operators said on Wednesday.
The highways’ concessionaire, Manila North Tollways Corp. (MNTC), said the integration is 85-percent complete and would be providing seamless travel by March.
