MANILA: A study on young adult fertility and sexuality has linked early sex among millennials and early exposure to the Internet and social media.
Commission on Population (Popcom) Executive Director Dr. Juan Perez III, said in an interview on March 23 that one out of three girls and boys 15 to 19 years of age have engaged in premarital sex.
