• ‘The Interview’ fallout no barrier to nuke talks


    TOKYO: A senior South Korean envoy said on Wednesday that the door was open to restarting talks with Pyongyang on its nuclear program, despite US sanctions following a cyberattack linked to North Korea satire “The Interview.” At a meeting in Tokyo on Wednesday, Seoul’s top nuclear envoy Hwang Joon-Kook met with his US and Japanese counterparts in a bid to re-open stalled talks on North Korea’s nuclear development.
