(Easy and very simple tips for eco-friendly lifestyle; but enough to help conserve the treasures of nature.)
Company restaurants, canteens in schools, day-care centers, and hospitals—collective kitchens feed a lot of people.
Persuade those responsible for your canteen to get their supplies from local eco-producers, to serve fruit and vegetables in season, to help people discover forgotten varieties, to reduce the portions of meat and fish, and to reduce and compost uncooked waste (such as fruit or vegetable peel and eggshells).
The cooks will have to adapt their techniques a little but the results will have a very positive effect, both on biodiversity and on your health.
