    1. Ay naku, di na pinagiisipan yan. Just make the whole ARMM as a Free Trade Zone – with approval to site an Offshore Banking Center, a Bullion Bank and Military Industrial Complex. Masyado naman nagpapasikat pa na kun anu ano pang mga techno wizard language ginagamit when they can just write a one-page Memo declaring the whole area as such. Then, they can formulate a Military Hardware Manufacturing and Assembly Investment Incentives Plan so we can build our battleships, aircraft carriers, cruisers, frigates and OPVs there as well as off-road vehicles for our PNP and army. Note that even Metro Manila alone requires 20,000 brand new buses that can be built there using drive train technology or suspension systems from Eastern European countries who are more than willing to lend their technology to us. We can even build military cargo helicopters there using Russian heavy lift helicopter technology which even the UN uses. Ano ang ginagawa ng mga tao ng DTI at DFA sa ibang bansa at hindi sila nakikipagsosyalan dun to get designs for these hardware? Sa Malaysia na lang, mukhang natutulog sa pansitan ang ating trade attache when she could just hobnob with the offshore platform engineering companies para we can start making our drill rigs and offshore platform there at ARMM. Wag nyo na akong antayin maging presidente para gawin lahat yan, hehehhehe.
