CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela: The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has scheduled a power interruption on Friday (November 21) in six towns and two cities of Isabela.
Lilibeth P. Gaydowen, north Luzon corporate communications and public affairs officer, said the power interruption will start at 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
