The Commission on Elections (Comelec) First Division has disqualified Mayor Benedict Cal-deron of Roxas, Isabela who allegedly bought votes in the May mid-term elections.
Comelec spokesman James Jimenez said that the affidavits of witnesses together with video clippings have led to disqualify Calderon.
