A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed at the PCSO Main Office, 4th Floor, Sun Plaza Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City on November 10 between the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and the Powerball Marketing and Logistics Corporation as Instant Sweepstakes Authorized Corporation (ISAC) to operate the PCSO Instant Sweepstakes.
