Parts of Mindanao and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains on Thursday due to Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting these areas, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

PAGASA's models indicate the ITCZ is affecting Visayas. ITCZ is the thick clouds coming from the south of Asia and a breeding ground for low-pressure areas (LPAs) or potential cyclones.
