The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring light to moderate rains to Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Saturday.
In its 5 a.m. weather bulletin Saturday, PAGASA said "light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms is expected over Palawan, Visayas and the rest of Mindanao."
