It’s definitely not a holiday to almost 1,000 Quezon City Hall personnel, particularly those to be fielded by the department of public order and safety (DPOS), today (October 31), November 1 and November 2 (Saturday). Mayor Herbert Bautista has directed DPOS chief Ret. QCPD Gen. Elmo DG. San Diego to deploy city personnel to handle the peace and order situation and traffic management at all city cemeteries and roads leading to these places for three days starting on October 31. “The round the clock operation should ensure smooth traffic and orderly observance of All Saints Day in QC,” the Mayor said. Bautista ordered a skeletal manpower scheduling for the day before the All Saints Day celebration in anticipation of early visits by QC Hall employees to the cemeteries and memorial parks.
