The signing of the P4-billion contract for the Integrated Terminal System (South Terminal) on Wednesday has been cancelled by the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC).
The contract awarded to Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) was suppose to be signed in Makati City, but was pushed at a later date that is yet to be determined as DOTC Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya was called by President Benigno Aquino III for an emergency meeting.
