MADRID: Spanish prosecutors said Monday they have asked that the six-year jail term given to the king's brother-in-law for graft be increased to 10 years, reviving a case that has shamed the royals.

Inaki Urdangarin, husband of Princess Cristina, King Felipe VI's older sister, was in February sentenced to six years and three months, having been found guilty of syphoning off millions of euros from a foundation.
