NEW YORK CITY: The National Football League hit New York Jets tight end Kellen Winslow with a four-game suspension for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs, the league announced on Friday. The veteran Winslow is expected to return for the Jets’ November 17 game against Buffalo. The league declined to say what substance Winslow tested positive for.
