Job opportunities overseas for Bangsamoro

MAGUINDANAO: Saudi Arabia is sourcing 2,500 workers from the Philippines who will fill positions in its domestic and industrial establishments ranging from “assistant manager to rank-and-file slots excluding taxi driver”, the local government of Maguindanao has announced. Maj. Romeo Gapuz, chief of the Army’s Sixth Infantry Division (ID), said the processing of applications for job vacancies was formally launched on Monday by Gov. Esmael “Toto” Mangudadatu of Maguindanao and officials of concerned agencies. Gapuz said his command coordinated the availability of the foreign work slots in support of the Aquino administration’s paradigm shift to peace and development initiatives from the military’s usual combat orientation in dealing with Mindanao rebellion.
