THE Philippine job market lost some momentum in October as the number of unemployed slightly increased from 2016.
The unemployment rate rose slightly to 5 percent in October from 4.7 percent in the same month last year, the latest Labor Force Survey conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) showed.
