EXILED Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founder Jose Maria “Joma” Sison on Wednesday said he would not return to the Philippines in August following President Rodrigo Duterte’s “upsetting” of the negotiating panels’ schedule.

“[My return] cannot be in August anymore because Duterte has upset the work schedule of the panels by canceling the resumption of the formal talks in Oslo from June 28 to 30,” Sison said in a Facebook post amid reports of his return.
