Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile and his former aide Jessica “Gigi” Reyes will attend the pre-trial of the P172-million plunder complaint filed against them in connection with the pork barrel scam because the Sandiganbayan has issued orders that they be presented in court.
Enrile, 91, is under hospital arrest at the Philippine National Police (PNP) General Hospital in Camp Crame, Quezon City while Reyes is detained at a Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) facility in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig.
