THE HAGUE: Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic on Thursday faces judgment for crimes committed during Bosnia’s 1992-95 war including the Srebrenica massacre, the worst atrocity committed on European soil since World War II.

Almost 8,000 Muslim men and boys were slaughtered after the eastern Bosnian enclave was overrun by Bosnian Serb forces in July 1995.
