FILIPINOS are fortunate to have a tropical and mountainous country that choices abound for those who look for vacation properties. The EPDC CEO says only less than half, or 30 hectares, of the 68-hectare property is allotted for its prime residential lots.
“Everything else is open space,” he points out. “Lot sizes are from 500 up to 1,500 square meters. The development is characterized by generous open spaces seen on its wide roads, islands, and residential lots.”
