Kaya FC and MSA Agila FC dominated the three remaining age groups as the inaugural season of the Youth Football League (YFL) concluded over the weekend.
Kaya displayed a strong start as it buried Mendiola FC, 5-1, to grab the Cup championship in the Under-19 (U19) category at the McKinley Hill Stadium in Taguig City.
Meanwhile, MSA Agila conquered the U15 and U11 divisions as it soared past Loyola Meralco Sparks FC, 3-1, and Kaya, 5-1, respectively at the Alabang Country Club Multi-purpose Field in Muntinlupa City.
Global FC blanked its regional rival Ceres Negros Youth FC, 3-0, to finish as second runner-up in U19.
In the Plate championships, JP Voltes FC brushed aside its respective opponents to seize the titles in U15 and U11.
The Voltes shocked Stallion Laguna FC, 3-0, in U15 and outgunned Ceres Negros Youth in the final half to score a 5-3 victory in U11 finals.
Loyola Meralco Sparks already snatched the Plate top honors in U19 as it smothered Stallion Laguna, 6-3, last week.
The second season of YFL kicks off in September this year.
