Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), the exclusive distributor of Kia vehicles in the Philippines, and its after-sales group are continuing to stage its year-long customer care service program in select Kia dealerships nationwide called Kia Family Service.
For years, Kia has brought its signature Family-like Care service closer to people via its nationwide service caravans and this year was no different.
CAC kicked things off in Kia Global City last February 20, 2016 as Kia Family Service opened to a huge crowd. On April 29, Kia continued its tour providing service and fun for its loyal customers in Oriental Mindoro via a Kia Family Service event at Kia Calapan.
Kia master technicians provided free check-up and diagnosis to customers’ Kia vehicles while their loved ones enjoy the many activities, refreshments, and freebies available, making the event truly an exciting and fun family experience!
Another highlight of the annual service event is the chance to test-drive Kia vehicles and get a feel of the different Kia nameplates first-hand.
And as a special treat this year, three Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) Packages were offered to on-site visitors for the price of two.
“Family Service is an initiative of Kia After-Sales that is really the embodiment of our brand’s Family-like Care service philosophy,” said CAC After-Sales Director Apollo R. Rosal.
“This signature strategy is all about providing customers the same level of dedication and reliability given to family members. Through this program, we, at Kia, are able to bring this thoughtful, top-notch, and world-class service closer to our market,” he said.
