KIA announced it had started its Customer Idea Contest where Kia owners can submit their suggestions on how the brand can provide an ideal service experience. The contest, which the carmaker said is an interactive way to touch base with its loyal and potential customers, is staged globally. Participants may log on to http://idea.kia.com to join the contest.

    Kia said the winning Filipino participant will be eligible to win $5,000 if his or her entry is chosen. An added bonus is the chance to win a Maintenance Service Gift Certificate worth P14,000. The entries will be judged based on creativity (30 percent), feasibility (40 percent) and effectiveness (40 percent).

    1. I and my famiy have been a kia loyalist, lovers since 2006 onwards. My cars are kia sportage 4×4, sorento 4×4, 2.0 soul LX 2010 and 2011 EX sorento 4×2 Diesel. I am planning to buy a 2014 sorento soonest. My comments, is that the service maintenance of kia cars must be improve by selecting a qualified engineer’s to manage the after sales department. In my long time experience with kia here in iloilo city that the management is only selecting a person not base on work experience but only as a friend or just for gratitude and as a valued client will loss trusts on them and It will affect our relationships as a kia like family & company.
