KIA announced it had started its Customer Idea Contest where Kia owners can submit their suggestions on how the brand can provide an ideal service experience. The contest, which the carmaker said is an interactive way to touch base with its loyal and potential customers, is staged globally. Participants may log on to http://idea.kia.com to join the contest.
Kia said the winning Filipino participant will be eligible to win $5,000 if his or her entry is chosen. An added bonus is the chance to win a Maintenance Service Gift Certificate worth P14,000. The entries will be judged based on creativity (30 percent), feasibility (40 percent) and effectiveness (40 percent).
