Authorities arrested a Korean for stealing high-end gadgets in an electronic shop at a popular shopping mall in Cebu City over the weekend, police reports said on Monday.
Reports at the Philippine National Police national operations center in Camp Crame identified the suspect as Moon Yun Su, 23, and temporary residing at City Escape Hotel on F. Cabahug Street, Barangay Casambagan, Cebu City.
