Korver named to replace Wade on East All-Star team

NEW YORK: Kyle Korver, the Atlanta Hawks guard on pace for a historic season of shooting accuracy, was named on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila) to replace injured Dwyane Wade in Sunday’s 64th NBA All-Star Game. Korver was named to the elite squad by NBA commissioner Adam Silver after Wade said earlier on Tuesday that he would not play in the game due to a nagging hamstring injury.
