A high-ranking official of the Career Executive Service Board (CESB) was appointed to head the Internal Administration Group (IAG) of the Bureau of Customs (BOC), replacing outgoing Deputy Commissioner Myrna Chua.
BOC Commissioner John Sevilla said he is confident with the expertise of CESB Deputy Executive Director Arturo “Art” Lachica “in human resource management and capacity building for civil service personnel.”
