PROPERTY listing firm Lamudi Group said it expects 5,000 attendees to come to its housing fair next month which is aimed at helping educate Filipino property buyers on their housing decisions.
The group, which is composed of property listing sites Lamudi Philippines and MyProperty.Ph, said Thursday the housing fair will feature a wide range of properties from a number of property developers and offer exclusive discounts to homebuyers.
Exhibitors and sponsors will include Filinvest, Eton Properties Philippines Inc., Hoppler, Lhoopa, San Jose Builders, Shang Properties, Greenfield Marketers One, Property 101 Inc., Dataland, Sky Residence, Castille, Damosa Land and RCBC Savings Bank.
Aside from showcasing properties at the fair, Lamudi also aims to educate homebuyers about the current trends in the real estate industry.
“The Lamudi group will facilitate investment and home buying seminars, foreclosure property auction with partner banks and brokerages, and will showcase the most modern technology application in real estate such as Virtual Reality,” Lamudi said.
“Both real estate sellers and buyers can take advantage of the offerings in store at the fair,” Lamudi added.
The property listing site said the three-day housing fair is expected to attract around 5,000 attendees.
“The Lamudi Housing Fair will bring together the top players of the real estate landscape in one venue; property buyers can feast their eyes on various realty selections that will suit their budget and preferences best,” Lamudi Philippines and MyProperty.ph managing director Jacqueline van den Ende said.
“Top of all, home buyers can finally acquire their dream house at discounted prices that they can only get here,” she said.
The Lamudi Housing Fair will be held from November 18 to 20 at the Megatrade Hall 3, SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.
