• Landco Pacific eyes bigger share of OFW market

UPSCALE property developer Landco Pacific Corporation seeks to capture a bigger share of the overseas Filipino worker (OFW) market by extending its sales efforts to potential buyers abroad via various road shows worldwide.

The company was encouraged by the recent surge in its international sales, particularly for its Tribeca Private Residences in Muntinlupa.

Landco Pacific has joined several road shows earlier this year in events such as the 118th Philippine Independence Anniversary Commemoration in New York City, Barrio Fiesta sa London at the Apps Court Farm in Surrey, the Ok Go! Toronto event in Canada, Pistahan sa Yerba Buena event in San Francisco, California, Manitoba Street Festival in Winnipeg, Canada and the ASAP in New York City, USA.

Landco first vice president for sales and marketing Albert Villa-Real attributed the rise in their international sales to the “legacy” that the company has established over its 25 years of operations.

“The brand’s legacy is well known not just here in the country but abroad as well. This is why most OFWs choose to invest their hard-earned money in our developments. They know that we can provide them with everything that they need and want from a luxurious hometown community,” Villa-Real said.

Landco Pacific said it will be joining more international road shows in October this year in Guam, Japan and Sydney.

The company sees continued demand for residential developments and just recently introduced Landco Parks, a sub-category of its development portfolio, which offers luxury home communities in suburbs targeted at families.
At present, the company has nine projects under this segment, namely: Waterwood Park in Baliuag, Bulacan; WoodGrove Park in San Fernando, Pampanga; The Courtyard at Lakewood Golf Estates in Nueva Ecija; Hacienda Escudero in Tiaong, Quezon; MonteLago Nature Estates in Brgy Sta. Elena, San Pablo City; Stonecrest in San Pedro, Laguna; Ponderosa Leisure Farms in Silang, Cavite; Leisure Farms in Lemery, Batangas; and Woodridge Garden Village in Brgy Lunzuran, Zamboanga City.

Other sub-categories of the company’s development portfolio include Landco Shores, which offers hospitality-oriented developments along the seaside, and Landco Peaks, which features upscale residential developments in the hills.

“For more than 25 years, Landco has developed high-end leisure communities, resort-inspired condominiums and luxury home communities which have made its mark in the Philippine real estate industry,” the company said.
