PROPERTY development company Landco Pacific Corp. reported it is making good progress on the infrastructure works in two of key residential projects, according to a construction update posted on the company’s website this week.
As of this month, Landco said that the basic infrastructure construction at it Terrazas de Punta Fuego development in Nasugbu, Batangas is almost entirely completed, with the roadwork, water supply and sewer system, drainage, and electrical supply finished in Phase 1 of the development.
Phase 1B has completed roads and water supply, and work on the sewer line and drainage system is about 97 percent complete, with about 74 percent of the electrical system also in place. Roadworks and water supply are also finished in Phases 2 and 3 of the project; Phase 2 also has finished sewer and drainage systems, with the electrical works being 98 percent complete. Sewer and drainage in Phase 3 should be completed within the month, and about 68 percent of the electrical work has been completed so far.
Work is also ongoing at Landco’s Playa Calatagan Village located in Calatagan, Batangas, with all the infrastructure works completed for the first three phases of the project except for the electrical supply. Electrical work has been finished for Phase 1 but is only about 25 percent complete in Phase 2, and has yet to get underway in Phases 3 and 4. Road and waterworks in Phase 4 are about 50 percent completed, the company said.
According to a company representative, the construction work is proceeding according to schedule, despite the onset of the rainy season.
Terrazas de Punta Fuego is located adjacent to the Club Punta Fuego seaside resort in Nasugbu, and is one of Landco’s premier developments. The 78-hectare master planned Playa Calatagan Village in Calatagan also features a seaside resort, and counts a water park among its attractions.
