TWO villages in Bontoc, Mountain Province are in danger of being wiped out owing to continued landslides, according to the Mine and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) as it ordered immediate evacuation of affected families to a safer place.

MGB officials said the mountains in the two villages in Barangay Caneo in Bontoc have cracks and could lead to massive landslide or erosion that may bury some 56 families.
