CARACAS: A Venezuelan lawmaker called on world soccer body FIFA to earmark 10 percent of its earnings from the 2014 Brazil World Cup to help poor countries. The National Assembly Deputy William Ojeda told a national media outlet FIFA could serve as an example to others by giving at least 10 percent of its profits to aid less developed nations to build schools, housing, hospitals and sports venues.
