Davao City Rep. Karlo Alexei Nograles called for a revamp of officials at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) following several alleged “laglag-bala” or bullet-planting incidents.
Nograles, who leads the House Committee on Labor, on Thursday said there is a need for a top-to-bottom revamp as he lamented that NAIA has become a source of disgrace and national embarrassment.
