A woman arrested for distributing leaflets with defamatory remarks attacking Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi has been charged with libel, along with her and her live-in partner who remains at large last February 20.
Security officers in Doña Anastacia Avenue, Victoria Homes, Tunasan confronted Gemma Aquino and Raul Aquino, along with three minors on February 20 while they were distributing the libelous flyers.
