The Legal Education Board (LEB) headed by its chairman, Emerson L. Aquende together with the other four-members met en banc last June 6, 2018 and resolved to grant a permit to EAC-C, to offer a Bachelor of Laws at its campus in Dasmarinas City, Cavite adding a new chapter in the history of Emilio Aguinaldo College. With the Institute of Law and Justice, Emilio Aguinaldo College is staking out new territory by firmly grounding its Law program in the context of its aim of a just society. With well established law programs in Metro-Manila, this new program will require a capital campaign for EAC-C.
