    Dear Editor,

On July 27, 2015 PNoy will deliver his last SONA. Needless to say, he will herald his accomplishments and the glorious success of his administration. Lest he gets away with telling lies, the best way to measure his triumph or incompetence is to focus on one of his commitments and determine whether it is a success or failure. If it shows that he miserably failed in one of his promises (the simplest one at that; what more with the complex problems) then he should be given a failing mark. “Falsus in Uno, Falsus in Omnibus.” It really is as simple as that.

On July 26, 2010, at the very start of his term, PNoy declared that his administration will plant 1.5 billion trees during his 6-year term.

Forthwith, he promulgated Executive Order No. 26 on February 24, 2011 proclaiming the National Greening Program. On April 24,2015 the Commission on Audit reported that the “National Greening Program is unsuccessful and that P7-B of public funds were squandered on tree-planting project.”

Ergo, the Administration of PNoy is a dismal failure. Thank God his term is almost ended.

    Very truly yours,
