The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) has revoked the licenses of 11 recruitment agencies in the country for not meeting the deadline for renewing or upgrading licenses.
In an interview, POEA Chief Hans Leo Cacdac said the revocation of their licenses was final.
