ommission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner Christian Robert Lim will serve as acting chairman of the poll body beginning February 3, as temporary replacement for Comelec Chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr., who is set to retire on Monday.
According to Brillantes, the remaining commissioners agreed on Wednesday to appoint Lim as the acting chairman of the Comelec.
