In anticipation of the onslaught of typhoon "Ruby" (international name: Hagupit), local government units and the Department of Education (DepEd) have announced suspension of classes from Thursday (December 4) until Friday (December 5).
Classes in all levels were suspended in the following areas in Biliran: Naval, Culaba, Almeria, Cabucgayan, and Caibiran.
