LOCALIZED peace talks is a “stupid waste of money,” exiled communist leader Jose Maria Sison said on Friday, after the government announced its plan in lieu of negotiations on the national level.
In a post on Facebook, Sison branded the proposed talks as a “kind of racket with the local political followers and military agents of [President Rodrigo] Duterte pocketing the money for the fake surrenders.”
