DEFENSE Secretary Delfin Lorenzana on Thursday refuted a report of an Australia-based think tank that the Philippines was among the “least peaceful” countries.
“I do not think so,” Lorenzana told reporters when sought for his comment on the report of the Global Peace Index 2018 of the Institute of Economics and Peace (IEP).
