LESS than 24 hours after the exit of tropical storm “Henry” (international name: Son-Tinh), a low pressure area (LPA) is being monitored that may intensify into a tropical depression in 36 hours, the state-run weather bureau said on Tuesday.
As of 5 p.m., the LPA was 805 kilometers (km) east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan and would be called “Inday”, weather specialist Ariel Rojas of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
