THE low pressure area (LPA) over Eastern Visayas and Bicol region is unlikely to turn into a storm, the state-run weather bureau said on Wednesday.
“The LPA has low chances of becoming a storm and is likely to dissipate due to its slow circulation,” said Obet Badrina, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
