THE low pressure area (LPA) and the southwest monsoon or “habagat” will bring heavy rains over Luzon and the Visayas on Sunday, the state-run weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that as of 9 a.m., the LPA was 1,030 kilometers (km) east of Basco, Batanes.
