OIL companies have increased prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
In separate advisories, Petron Corp. and Eastern Petroleum Corp. said they raised LPG prices by P2.80 per kilogram (kg) or P30.80 for an 11-kilogram LPG tank.
At the same time, Petron increased its autoLPG by P1.57 per liter.
Petron implemented its price adjustment effective 6 a.m. of December 1 and Eastern Petroleum effective 6 a.m. of December 2.
The price increases reflected international LPG contract prices for December.
This will be the third time that LPG prices shot up since October.
