Operations at the Light Rail Transit Authority Line 1 has been delayed anew Friday dawn since repair works for the busted grounding cable needs to be finished.
Hernando Cabrera, spokesman for the LRTA, said engineers worked on the burnt grounding cable overnight and it was only at around past 5 am that it was finished.
