ZAMBOANGA CITY: The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Region 9 announced that 10 sets of breath analyzer apparatus are expected to arrive in preparation for the implementation of Republic Act No. 10586, or the Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act of 2013.
Lawyer Aminola Abaton, LTO regional director, said on Thursday the implementation of RA 10586 here in the region would start after the Holy Week.
