The northeast monsoon continues to affect Luzon as the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol, Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, batangas, Rizal and Quezon) and the provinces of Aurora, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rains Wednesday.
Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) weather forecaster Jun Galang said the cold northeast monsoon or “hanging amihan” is expected to bring partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Luzon including Metro Manila.
