THE Philippines, through the Madrid Fusión Manila, is ushering Asia in a new age of cooking. In April, the country becomes the perfect host to Madrid Fusión Manila, an event that features culinary chemistry and shows transformation of traditional to modern cuisines. As part of the tourism campaign Visit the Philippines Year 2015, Madrid Fusión Manila puts the country on the map of the culinary world, with 350 international congress delegates, 23 international speakers and 300 foreign journalists attending.

Annually held in Madrid, Spain since 2003, Madrid Fusión will be coming to Asia for the very first time, choosing the Philippines as its country host from April 24 to 26 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. It will be attended by leading chefs from five continents to discuss and share new culinary ideas in this can’t-miss feast fit for every food lover.
