A magnitude-3.4 earthquake jolted Occidental Mindoro province on Monday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
In its bulletin, the agency said the tremor occurred at 2:29 a.m. with its epicenter traced 33 kilometers southwest of Lubang in Occidental Mindoro .
Phivolcs said the temblor, which was tectonic in origin, had a shallow depth of 20 kilometers.
The agency said that there was no casualty or damage reported from the quake.
Phivolcs also said that no aftershocks are expected. PNA
