A magnitude 4.0 earthquake shook the province of Isabela on Friday morning, according to Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
In its bulletin, Phivolcs said magnitude 4.0 quake occurred around 6:06 a.m. with its epicenter traced 15 kilometers southeast of San Guillermo in Isabela.
